    Josh Vavra MSN, RN, CCRN is a nursing professional development specialist and manager of nursing professional development in the greater Austin region. He has been a registered nurse for 12 years with a focus in critical care. Throughout his career, he has worked in critical care areas with a focus on trauma, stroke, intensive care, and neurological critical care. His passion for education and critical care has led him to work across the country in several intensive care units, and provides education for not only experienced nurses, but serves as the main educator for critical care transition to practice graduate nurses in the greater Austin region for his health system.
