Monique Landor, MSN, RNC-NIC, CLC, with 19 years of experience in neonatal care, Monique Landor is a caring and dedicated Registered Nurse who specializes in taking care of high-risk newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). As a Certified Lactation Counselor, Monique has worked with many mothers to help them reach their breastfeeding goals, whether in the NICU, postpartum, or through outpatient consultations. As a mom herself, she truly understands how important it is to support both the physical and emotional side of breastfeeding. She uses this perspective to offer practical lactation education and emotional support to new moms. Throughout her career, Monique has focused on providing compassionate, evidence-based care for newborns and their families while also helping mothers feel empowered in their breastfeeding journeys. When she's not working, Monique loves spending time with her daughters, especially doing arts and crafts together.
