Susan M. Bowles, DNP, APRN-CNS, RNC-NIC,CBC is an expert clinician,
educator, and leader in perinatal nursing. She has spent more than 30
years at the bedside and in the advanced practice role years caring for
babies and their families in some of the leading maternal and
children’s hospitals in the US. Sue has a strong passion for evidencebased neonatal nursing, palliative care, and leadership development.
She is a doctorally prepared clinical nurse specialist and certified in
neonatal nursing and as a breastfeeding counselor.
